Based on long in-office experience with multiple clients, we understood that there are many advantages as well as limitations working that way. We can clearly see that on both edges, working online allows an important flexibility, which is a crucial factor to build a safe, compassionate connection and relationship between a therapist and the client and remove some sources of stress or unnecessary frustrations. And this is what we put a lot of our attention at, your sense of safety! Working together, this is what we are going to begin with: creating a secure bond. Without opening to our own vulnerability, no change is possible; nothing can be seen, heard or felt.

Our second goal will be to find the most appropriate approach to look at and deal with your fears, pain, grief, addictive behaviors, burn-out, depression or else. We are all different, we all have different stories, and therefore, we all need different ways to handle them.

The aim is not to hold you forever in the therapy process. The only aim we believe and follow, is to help you get from brokenness (what in psychological language we call dissociation) to wholeness, integrity with yourself.

We will do it by becoming curious, by creating balance in within your nervous system and by learning to hold space for yourself in a secure, stable way.
