Process oriented therapy
An therapeutical approach targeting psychological process rather than symptoms which can be mainly very helpful when the presented "reason" and help-protocol doesn't work where development of therapist-client alliance will be based on many personal factors: views, educational level, race, gender, strengths, limitations (what holds you back from making change) etc...which will help to tailor the creative interventions corresponding to the personal client needs and available resources. All these has as a main purpose to develop a greater resilience to the future stressors
